Time to let the van do some km with all 4 of us in it! Much as we do love Austria, we had our sights set on southern climes, so it was just a pass through this time. But as one of your famous film stars says, “I’ll be back”
The quality of Austrian playgrounds is high. We awoke next to a large playground under a castle in Seebenstein. Lots of Eddie entertainment post cooked breakfast!
Then, our planned stop on the way south also had an epic playground! Nextdoor to he open air swimming pool. Now, we should have taken hint from how quiet the place was for a sunny Sunday….. The water was a wee bit chilly (thanks Russia!) And very shortly after we arrived the sun changed to Thunderstorm! Time to scarper.
This did give us the chance to decide where we were actually heading to, and do some rock stretching
