We continued up north with a stop on the south end of Lake Lugano, in Switzerland just near the Italian border. Here we met Antonia, who recommended us a nice little town with a lido and playground where we met her for a quick swim in the now rather chilly lake! Surprisingly enough there was no one else swimming…
As this is Switzerland we decided against eating out and of had a scoable fajita dinner in the van at a nice spot overlooking the lake before waving bye to Antonia and continuing north for a bit more sleepy driving, stopping at a service station for the night for maximum speed in getting north to our next stop- Luxembourg!
